"Woman and face"
50x70cm Acrylic on canvas 2010

"Woman and face" is an expression of very classical early work style. The use of vibrant primary colors and their complementary hint the influence I got from Kandinsky's palette. In this period I really liked to play with the interaction between forms and colors. Drawing women and faces were recurrent themes of the period. There is a follow-up "sister" piece to this one entitled "woman and face 2" that work together. Click to see HERE.
